One of the struggles that I hear over and over again from women from all walks of life is that they “don’t have time” to take care of themselves and refuel their own body. To nourish their bodies with THE right type of food, to take yoga class, to journal, learn, meditate and invest energy in things that fuel their soul.
But what kind of life that is?
- Our lives; as women; are designed to be filled with pleasure.
- With breath-taking moments.
- With filling our hearts and our souls with what matters the most of us: love, joy and intimacy.
That is why I am so excited to introduce you to my most favourite practice of all times- BREAST MASSAGE!
Breast massage is the simplest practice you can do- yet it will have the greatest benefits both for your body and for your life:
- First of all, breast massage helps to harmonize your hormones. It releases OXYTOCIN, which is very well known for it’s effects on feeling loved and being intimate. When you massage your breast, you stimulate release of oxytocin in your own body, which enhances your self-love and self-appreciation.
- Breast massage also helps to soften space around the heart. Therefore, if there is sadness, grief or even unforgiveness because of something painful happening in your past, regular massage of your breasts will beautifully open up your heart and help you feel more loved and loving towards the special people in your life.
- Breast Massage Reduces The Risk Of Breast Cancer: Recent scientific findings show that breast reduces the risk of breast cancer. The studies suggest, “nipple stimulation encourages blood flow and promotes the production of a useful female hormone, which encourages cells to expel cancer-causing chemicals from breast ducts,”offers leading Professor Tim Murrell, of the Department of Community Medicine, at the University of Adelaide. Regular breast massage can also alert you of changes in your breast tissue so you can take quick measures to heal.
- Increases Pleasure: Increased sensitivity and sensation of pleasure is what lot of women experience from regular Breast Massage. As you become more aware of your own sensations and loving touch, you create new pathways in your brain for sensitivity. For women who struggle with low libido and lack of sexual desire for their partner, this practice can be extremely helpful.
