Yoga is intended to create the highest level of energy,vitality and physical health.This you can only achieve by working with yourself rather than against yourself. By working consciously,we can create space of healing and grace, an environment where we respect our own boundaries and move effortlessly within them or around them.We certainly don’t need to have the ‘BEST’ body, rather our own body which is pleasure to look at and is a source of health and vitality. By quieting our own mind, we can slow down and get connected to the inner wisdom that waits to be heard and acted upon.As our bodies are not separated from our minds, when we start to work on one level, we immediately get to connect and heal the other aspect of ourselves.
