How often do I need to practice ?This is a great question with not one exact answer. In yogic world we like to believe that Yoga asana should be practice every single day. Having said that, try to practice as often as you can. The harder Yoga feels for you especially from start, the more your body needs to practice. You will start noticing many changes within your physical appearance and health and you will start to progress in different postures very easily. Because Yoga is not the same thing as weight-lifting, your body does not need rest between each practice. If you feel stiff or sore in the morning, this is an important day for you to get to practice. Always act upon inner wisdom. Listen to your body carefully and create your practice based upon your individual physical state and level of energy Will Yoga help me to tone up?Yoga exercises can burn plenty of calories while at the same time converting fat into lean muscles and tone the entire body. The muscle that you build through Yoga is far more effective then muscle created by lifting weights. I have hard time slowing down. How will Yoga help me?Some people train their bodies to the point they are so tensed, that they have hard time relaxing them even while sleeping.
