Groups and workshops

Working with a coaching group or attending a certain workshop can be can be a great opportunity for you to learn all that Chocolate education has to offer and meet new interesting people that might have share same hardship as you for a very long time.

So if you have struggling with food, weight and eating problems for quite some time and you are willing to look beyond what this ‘Food obsession’ truly is, I will be very much looking forward to meeting you.

Groups

We here in Chocolate education currently offer a small group coaching session, which can vary anywhere between 2-4 people. This is a nice way to come along with friends, colleagues or partner and work with the principles of mindfulness and mindful eating together.

 

Workshops

Chocolate education is running several workshops a year to help you on your path of discovering yourself and your relationship to food. Currently we don’t have any workshop coming up, but please keep checking for regular updates on our new schedule.

 

 

Self-love can be re-awakened by making a commitment to yourself to add life-affirming activities to your every day life. It is crucial that we nourish ourselves-our body, mind and spirit. These practices need to become an integral part of our lives, so we can treat ourselves with more kindness, tolerance and respect.

What can you expect from Chocolate Education ?
Firstly you are going to be introduced to mindful eating as a way to start to finally start to celebrate the beauty of food and therefore life itself.
Mindful Eating

  • Learn how to recognize your physical hungers and be able to distinguish them from emotional hungers
  • Choose the food that is nourishing your body and pleasing yourself by using all your senses to explore, smell and taste
  • Take time to enjoy your food in a calming, ambient surroundings and avoiding activities that distract your attention from eating
  • Learning how to know when you have had enough and is time for you to stop

Secondly you are going to learn technique that helps you to release stress, anxiety and make you feel buoyant and energised. Make no mistake, learning this is a crucial part in re-creating your relationship to food.
Meditation

  • Normalizes to your normal weight
  • Relaxes our nervous system
  • Reduces emotional distress
  • Changes attitude towards life
  • Helps live in the present moment
  • Helps in quitting smoking, drinking and overcoming food problems

Finally you will be taken to a path of dealing with stressful situations. By discovering certain activity that resonates inside of you and make you feel relaxed, happy and more joyous about your life you will be able to once and for all overcome overeating and truly become a free and healthy person.

These three modules come in three separate sessions. For you to fully inhabit the teachings and be able to overcome your problem with food, we strongly recommend you to attend all three sessions. If you are participating in a small group coaching.
