How often to Book:

Many of our clients work with me on a weekly, monthly or twice monthly basis. The determining factor is how much instruction you would like to have. We can discuss this during your initial assessment.

Please note that Yoga therapy session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Every student will receive complimentary worksheet with specifically designed Yoga therapy for one’s condition and goals.

The therapies can take place in our venue or alternatively we can travel to your place. The travel charge applies for any locations outside of Waterford city.
